Wishing well

You should wear it all the time. It has to become a part of you, inextricable bound with you. Then you know what it feels like. So watch your stomach, you know what happens when people quit smoking. They gain weight. Ban the need for replacements, substitutes are just cheap tricks.

Be careful, be patient, and control yourself.

Get a hold onto yourself, this is what you wanted, don’t disappoint me. Don’t hesitate and don’t crawl back. Even afterwards, when it gives you discomfort and you may feel unease. That’s the most important part, right at that moment. Then you can show what you’re made of. Even unease finally becomes ease, the unease slips away when you stop thinking about it. It’s hard to stop thinking about it when it’s with you all the time, when you feel it all the time. But wasn’t that what you’ve asked for?

People wish for things and when their wishes come true they wish they didn’t. That’s how you’re educated to be humble. Even because your humility you should be thankful because you can and are allowed to do this. Aren’t you happy now?

Touch it, feel it, live with it.

If you’re really uncomfortable or, possibly, suffering, just lie down on the couch and have a cigarette. Control your breath and then count up from one to fifty. Think a gift to reward yourself. Think of a gift connected with it. This is just the start, think of a gift to support it, to accompany it with, to make it perfect. Because that’s our goal, to make it perfect.

And when you’ve reached the point that you’ve stopped thinking, than it has become a part of you. Just as you imagined, just how you thought it would be, just what you’ve been dreaming of.

Than you can find yourself another dream. Be careful what you wish for.
